With 475 attendees from seven countries, our first Loyalty Expo certainly exceeded even our expectations. We were thrilled to get such positive feedback from attendees and speakers. The conversations we heard about retention, avoiding attrition and customer relationships were truly worthwhile, and we hope everyone left knowing more than they did when they came.
