Phil is the CEO & President of rDialogue, a customer loyalty and relationship marketing firm, advising a range of blue-chip companies such as Citibank, Kimpton Hotels, Merial Pharmaceuticals and The PGA of America. Phil has over 20 years of strategic marketing experience with an emphasis on loyalty and relationship marketing, integrated communications, partnership development, promotions and program development. Phil’s success is driven largely by creating a strategic loyalty vision for clients around the importance of customer relationships created with each client’s unique brand.
Phil is involved in non-profit leadership, serving on the boards and executive committees for the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership and The Weber School, and on the boards of the Anti-Defamation League and the American Israel Chamber of Commerce.
Phil has an M.B.A. with a concentration in marketing and strategy from the A. B. Freeman School at Tulane University and a B.S. in Finance from L.S.U.
