As Director of CRM, he leads advanced analytics functions at Golfsmith where he is responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies and loyalty programs. Prior to joining Golfsmith, Mu was the manager of database marketing at Zale Corporation. Mu holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University (TCU), and a BA in Journalism from Fudan University.
