Session: Engaging Customers through Relevant Channels

As Vice President, Loyalty Marketing and CRM at SHC, Mark Shipley is responsible for the strategy and overall performance of Shop Your Way Rewards, the combined Sears, Kmart and Lands’ End loyalty program.  In less than two years, Shop Your Way Rewards has grown to be the largest member based loyalty programs in the world.  Based at SHC headquarters in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, Shipley leads a cross functional organization that provides program strategy, execution and analysis to distinct internal business unit clients and program partners.

A pioneer in loyalty marketing and the former Senior Vice President of Global Loyalty and Rewards for MasterCard Worldwide, Mr. Shipley has held positions as President of Young America Corporation and President, architect and founder of Loyalty Marketing for Maritz.  He has also held various management roles at Affinion Loyalty Group and AT&T's Network division, including positions in business development, product management and training.

Shipley has more than fifteen years of loyalty marketing leadership with an equal amount of time spent in sales management, product development and training.  Mark holds a Master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, MO and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
