After selling and designing loyalty and incentive programs for over 25 years, we came upon a realization. Many company executives, while knowing that their customers are important, struggled with many questions: What are the right strategies for me to further build customer engagement and advocacy? What objectives should I have? How do I know if my current strategy is as successful as it could or should be? How do I make my program run more optimally? What technologies or analytic models should I consider?

Yet most importantly and most often we heard: Where do I go and from whom do I find the answers to my list of questions?

Today there is an answer: Loyalty Expo and Loyalty 360, the Loyalty Marketer's Association


To create the first of its kind -- a true “voice of the customer”-driven, best-practice-focused engagement, loyalty, incentive and reward conference that will continually provide a forum of best-in-class vision and resources, to assist our members in reaching their customer relationship-building goals.
